REFUND POLICY

Booking Confirmation – Once a service is booked and confirmed, it is considered final. 

Refunds – Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions: 

• Service was not delivered as booked due to GKVAIDIC’s fault.

• Technical error in payment or duplicate transaction.

Non-Refundable Services – 

• Puja services, once performed, cannot be refunded.

• Astrology consultations and therapy sessions, once delivered, are non-refundable.

Rescheduling – Clients may request rescheduling at least 48 hours in advance. 

Processing Time – Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
